Outdoors Everyday Challenge Day 30-thanks, good-bye, see you next February
......and it's cold again!
Yesterday Cathy and I went for our weekly walk down to the Humber, and we may have jogged a tiny bit, a very tiny bit, but we did. She said it was to get our heads and hearts into the game.
I don't even know what to say. Thank you, seems inadequate, but I suppose it will have to suffice. This year I've been blessed with so much encouragement through the challenge; little emails, and quick hellos, it has been really encouraging and so sweet. I don't know about all of you, but, it really did make February go by fast. I felt it the last few days, 27, 28, 29...and it's gone, just like that. I found it interesting because it made me very mindful of how I was feeling physically, and I think I made connections that I may not have made otherwise. Also, the challenge did make me be conscientious about going outdoors everyday.
And to be honest, I do enjoy writing, so this is a fun little writing challenge for me too.
Thank you everyone, I hope you enjoyed the challenge as much as I did
Until next year, have an outdoorsy year.
