Refunds: If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, contact us for a full refund within one week of receiving your package. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
Exchange: Exchanges can be made within one week of receiving your package. Be sure to contact us so we can set aside an alternative product. Once we have your product back we will send out your new choice, free of charge.
Unfortunately we cannot pay for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged products back to us.
Notes: Even though we inspect each and every product before we send it out, if you discover a manufacturing defect we will replace it immediately free of charge.
