Day 14: Whatever, whenever, however...

Good morning Challengers, Day 14! We are almost half way there!? How can that be? I think this may be the least challenging challenge year yet, but that may all come to an end today.
Yes today, we are getting our first really cold day of the year, and so it may take some extra effort to get outdoors, but that extra effort should all be put towards dressing up.

Yesterday I didn't really get out for an outdoorsy adventure, but I did run a lot of errands that involved in and out, and back and forth. Most of the running around I did without my jacket, because it was just too bulky to wear in the car. It would have been fine except for one missing component that negatively effected my enjoyment of my short sprints to and from. The missing component: my neckwarmer!

I swear if you have a neckwarmer on life is just better. That's what I'm going to say today, and yesterday it would have been a hard truth. Neckwarmers make life better.

There we go. Lol, I never know what I'm going to write when I start writing these posts, and today I didn't know I would be making a life changing affirmation, but there it is.

Neckwarmers make life better.

And our photo prompt for today, show us your favourite neckwarmer.

Until tomorrow, have an outdoorsy day.

Anna

Day 27: outdoors as a sensory experience.

I am aware of what my body needs - active, upright, arms swinging motion. I notice there is a tone to my walk - purposeful, present, confident.  I notice the openness around me, the cleared sidewalks and roads, the clouds are softening, lightening up, revealing a soft blue sky.
