Day 15: A look back at some of the month's highlights

Good morning Challengers, I thought today as we are half way through the challenge it would be fun to look back on some of the things that have happened already that have been so great this month.

First Cathy and I walked along the lakeshore.

We made new friends at skiing...on and offf the hill.

We got a big snowfall.

High Park hockey gang

And I've been playing lots of hockey.

Day 27: outdoors as a sensory experience.

I am aware of what my body needs - active, upright, arms swinging motion. I notice there is a tone to my walk - purposeful, present, confident.  I notice the openness around me, the cleared sidewalks and roads, the clouds are softening, lightening up, revealing a soft blue sky.
