Day 2: Books, Books, Books

Welcome to day 2 of the Outdoors Everyday Challenge!
I was so proud of myself yesterday, when my sister called and said she would be in town, and can I come meet her for lunch. Even though I wasn't feeling 100%, I  walked to the bus stop 2 down from where I usually go to. And, I would certainly not have done that if I hadn't suggested it here on the challenge.
For today; inspired by my sister who was in town for a librarian's conference I'm going to walk to a nearby Little Fee Library, and drop off a couple books. While I'm there, maybe there will be a book I want to bring home. Have you seen these little libraries outside peoples houses? Check them out, you, or your little people may find a treasure.

Day 27: outdoors as a sensory experience.

I am aware of what my body needs - active, upright, arms swinging motion. I notice there is a tone to my walk - purposeful, present, confident.  I notice the openness around me, the cleared sidewalks and roads, the clouds are softening, lightening up, revealing a soft blue sky.
