Outdoors Everyday Challenge Day 10

Day10
Well yesterday I proved two things. One that even if I try not to go out, if I don't get dressed, if I say I have a lot of work to do and a deadline to meet. I will still have to go outdoors, twice, and I will feel better for it. The second was that I still love winter, if you wonder why check out this cartoon by a hilarious cartoonist who knows me oh so well.

I am aware of what my body needs - active, upright, arms swinging motion. I notice there is a tone to my walk - purposeful, present, confident.  I notice the openness around me, the cleared sidewalks and roads, the clouds are softening, lightening up, revealing a soft blue sky.
