So far I'm not finding it very challenging to go outdoors everyday, the weather has been so beautiful.

I'm wondering if it works to be outdoors alot one day, and not so much another day, but then reminded myself of my February mantra: If you go outdoors, for at least half an hour, everyday...your life will be better. Just better.

Robyn and her boyfriend are great hikers, and often on Alex's day off they go for long hike. Last week they rented bikes and biked the Tommy Thompson trail (which is at the bottom of Leslie street)

I think that will be my take away from the challenge this year: That going outdoors isn't always enough, sometimes you need to really get to the park, or the lake, or the river, or the farm, or small town Ontario....or wherever you feel close to nature.
