Day 1:
Drive! Sweet Jett understood the assignment and slept most of the way.

Picnic lunch and short walk around the village.
Visit to Fairmont Lake Louise with the goal of skating, but it was SUPER busy so we opted to try a trail called Fairview Lookout. At only 1.1km how hard could it be with a baby in a stroller… it was VERY steep but we got it done!! Jett snoozed.

Day 2: Goal - Cross Country Skiing
Pipestone loop, only we went the wrong way and the uphills were long and tedious and the downhills were steep and high stakes. The lake was stunning! Again Jett slept.

Warm babies sleep! Comfortable babies sleep!
Jett’s delicate baby face skin doesn’t handle cold/wind burn very well and his neck warmer is great, “it doesn’t piss him off”, which is a must!

We also layer his fleece Smittens under his hand flaps on his fleece suit to keep his little hands toasty, especially when he’s spending more time falling and getting back up than actually walking.
Thanks Lake Louise, we will be back!
