Day Four: apparently hats are more important than I realized
Last week when we had that bitter cold spell, I was wearing Thom's hockey toque and was very happy with it, in fact I didn't really give it much thought. But, when I came home, he took it back so I grabbed one of Rob's hats-more of a skullcap style. Which I love the look of, but I was cold.
Day Three: The truth is...I didn't want to get out of my pjs today.
when I woke up in my own bed, and had my own brand of coffee, and spent the morning on my couch, reading in my pj's. I didn't want to move. I didn't want to go anywhere, I didn't want to do anything.
Day One: The cold is a just mindset
I hope I can encourage and inspire you to join me in 30 days of overcoming the temptation to stay indoors, with the assurance that you'll feel better if you go out for even just a little bit. Face February head on, not be afraid of a little cold and join me on a daily foray into the outdoors. It'll be fine, don't worry, it'll be worth it, and more than likely, you will feel better for it.

These last couple weeks as Bobby and I have spent lots of time hiking around Dundas, exploring different places, it has become apparent that my friends words still hold true.
